David Clancy (DOP) is French American filmmaker specializing in short documentary films. He has spent the past four years filming in some of Africa’s most remote locations such as Angola, Congo, and Madagascar. David has worked with a wide variety of clients such as car brands (BMW) travel agencies (Allibert Trekking) and luxury hotel groups (Relais & Chateaux). A major goal is to educate and inform people about the importance of overcoming common misconceptions about places that often have a bad reputation due to issues such as political instability. I want to prove that humanity, rich culture, and pristine environments can transcend conflict and coexist with one another.

Zander Botha (Director & 2nd Camera) is a South African photographer and videographer. After completing a degree in Mechanical Engineering he started making films and taking photographs professionally. With a love of the sea and the outdoors, content as such has found itself strongly linked to his work. Although based and working in the film industry in Cape Town, he is interested in working with pressing issues. Such as the balance of wildlife conservation and human social development.

Rocco Ravia (Fixer, Head of Logistics, Principal Guide) is an Italian mountaineer and geographer who has spent most of his life working as a guide in the Sahara. He accompanied the numerous scientific expeditions of Thèodore Monod, the greatest Sahara explorer of the twentieth century. Rocco is the founder of SVS Chad, a Chadian based land operator offering 4x4 and climbing expeditions into the Ennedi.
